Construction Bond Update
In May 2010, the Lincoln Consolidated Schools Community passed a $35 million construction and technology bond. During the summer of 2011 the bulk of the construction and technology infrastructure projects were completed. Construction continues on the Model Elementary Gymnasium and Lincoln High School Performing Arts Center.
Starting in second semester, classrooms will begin to be outfitted with presentation systems including interactive whiteboards, document cameras, sound enhancement systems, and mounted LCD projectors. More technology upgrades will continue during summer with the replacement of classroom computers district-wide.
