As a service to students and their families, The Lincoln Consolidated Schools is now offering an accident insurance plan for any Lincoln student at a reduced rate. The coverage will be in effect for the entire school year. School sponsored and supervised activities and time spent in school will be covered. For an increased premium, the policy will cover your child 24 hours per day.
Applications for K - 5 students will be sent home the first day of school. Applications for 6 - 12 students will be available for pick up in the offices of the High School and Middle School. If you wish to take advantage of this insurance opportunity, fill out the form and return with your payment to your child's school. The deadline for insurance enrollment is September 26, 2011.
