Welcome to Technology Services. In order to provide the best support district-wide, we ask that you perform the following basic troubleshooting before requesting additional assistance.
- Restart the machine
- Check all connections on the machine to make sure each is secure
- For Novell Login:
- Remember to TAB between Username and Login
- Teacheruser/Lincolnuser do not have a password
Once you've completed the above steps, please enter a Help Desk Support Request.
To request access to a blocked website, please complete an Internet Filter Exception Request Form.
Lincoln Technology Services no longer supports the following software applications:
- Internet Explorer 6
- Microsoft Publisher
If you visit Zamzar.com you'll find a useful website which offers free file conversion for many file types, including Microsoft Publisher. You'll be able to upload a .PUB file and they will e-mail you the converted .PDF, .DOC, .RTF etc file you requested.
